  Very happy with the service I received from Sears. The repair man worked through the machine with knowledge and efficiency. He was properly equipped and had a replacement part on his vehicle. He gave a good analysis of the problem. He fixed the problem. I feel like new with my washer. He represented his company well and informed me of other products they offer much to my liking. The service I received through Sears was better than the service I received from the manufacturer.
